At Hope Health Care Solutions, our care is led by Dr. Sandy Hussain, DNP, PMHNP BC, a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with extensive experience in providing compassionate, evidence based medication management for adults across New Jersey.
Dr. Hussain completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Post Master’s Certificate at Wilkes University. Her earlier academic foundation in Biology, Nursing (BSN), and Nursing (MSN) was earned at Montclair State University, reflecting a lifelong commitment to clinical excellence and patient centered care.
Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Dr. Hussain spent nearly 14 years as a Registered Nurse, caring for patients in medical surgical and postpartum mother–baby units. These years shaped her approach to care—rooted in family centered values, clinical precision, and genuine human connection.
Today, she specializes exclusively in psychiatric medication management for adults ages 18 to 64. Her style is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping each patient feel supported, informed, and heard. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, OCD, PTSD, or other mental health concerns, Dr. Hussain works closely with you to create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and your life.
Her dedication to compassionate, high quality care has been recognized through multiple honors, including the Daisy Award for Compassionate Nursing from RWJ Barnabas (2022) and the Professionalism Award from Broward Health Medical Group (2014).
