Clinical Scope & Right to Decline Services

Hope Health Care Solutions provides outpatient psychiatric medication‑management services for adults ages 18–64. Our practice focuses on specific clinical areas within our scope of training, licensure, and expertise. To ensure that every patient receives safe, appropriate, and evidence‑based care, we may determine that a patient’s needs fall outside the services we provide.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue care when:

  • A patient requires services outside our clinical specialty
  • A condition or level of care is better suited to another provider or treatment setting
  • A patient requires psychotherapy, crisis stabilization, substance‑use treatment, or other services we do not offer
  • A patient requires monitoring or coordination that exceeds our outpatient scope
  • A patient is pregnant, may be pregnant, planning pregnancy, or undergoing fertility treatment (as outlined in our clinical exclusion policy)

This is not discrimination.

This policy is based solely on clinical appropriateness and patient safety. Declining care for conditions outside our specialty ensures that each patient receives treatment from a provider who is properly trained and equipped to meet their specific needs. When we are not the right fit, we make every effort to offer referrals or recommendations to help you connect with a provider who can offer the appropriate level of care

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in laws, technology, or practice operations. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
